Our Story

The journey of Calypso is deeply rooted in the passion and legacy of its founder Shashank Shrivastava who has a working experience of more than 20 years and was inspired by the dedication of his father, a skilled printer. From childhood, they were immersed in the world of art, culture, and textiles, particularly the intricate techniques of hand block printing and Indian textiles. These formative experiences, alongside a natural affinity for color matching, shaped his vision for the future. Starting his professional journey at an early age, the founder honed the craft and knowledge, gradually building his expertise in textile arts.

In 2010, he took the first step toward turning the dreams into reality by establishing a small operation. Over time, this evolved into a significant move to Sanganer, and eventually to a established own factory in Prahaldpura Riico Industrial Area, Jaipur. Today, Calypso operates with a fully integrated facility, ensuring that every product is crafted with the utmost care and precision from raw fabric to finished item.
